We are preparing SFTPPlus MFT 6 for Drummond Group's AS2 interoperability testing in the second quarter of 2027 (AS2-2Q27). The event tests how participating products exchange AS2 messages with one another, including message security and delivery receipts.

We missed the August 21, 2026 registration deadline for the AS2-4Q26 event. SFTPPlus MFT 6.0.0 was released on September 18, 2026, so we are preparing the version 6 line for the next second-quarter event instead. Drummond's test schedule lists AS2 interoperability events in the second and fourth quarters.

SFTPPlus MFT can send and receive AS2 messages with encryption, digital signatures, and Message Disposition Notification (MDN) receipts. SFTPPlus 5.7 completed the AS2-4Q24 interoperability event. Testing for version 6 is still ahead of us; we will share the results when that event is complete.
